Let us remember

KAMLOOPS: "Tomorrow I join Canadians from coast to coast in remembering our fallen heroes who have paid the ultimate price for peace, freedom and democracy." said Betty Hinton, MP Kamloops Thompson and Highland Valleys.

We gather on November 11 at cenotaphs across the country to pay tribute to those who fought and died in numerous conflicts of the twentieth century. I ask you to join me by visiting the cenotaph in your community.

"As the struggle for peace, freedom and democracy continues, and as we work to rid the world of terrorism, new Canadian heroes are making this country proud. We honour them today as we honour the heroes of our past," she said.
